Customer Service (Food Service).
Palermo's Pizzeria in Tinley Park, IL is seeking an energetic and detail-orientated Customer Service Associate.
Must be able to start at 3:00 pm. Flexible schedule.
Duties:
- Take customer orders.
- Monitor online orders.
- Dispatch delivery orders.
- Follow closing procedures.
Qualifications:
- Should have experience dealing with customers, problem resolution, POS systems, and phone systems.
- Food service and sanitation certification is a big plus.
Shifts are evenings weekends and some holidays.
